One of ADIN Systems core values is integrity. We promise that our services and cost estimates will be fair, accurate, and ethical. For our business to succeed, clients must be able to trust our cost estimates, billing, consultations, advice, and technical recommendations to be unbiased and based on facts and careful analysis.

ADIN Systems has developed a set of guidelines that set out certain minimum standards and fundamental rules in order to uphold our credibility. This policy addresses the following issues:

ADIN Systems will disclose business relationships

As part of our activities, ADIN Services has numerous business relationships with a number of companies in the technology industry both domestically and internationally. To avoid the perception of collusion or conflict, particularly when ADIN Systems is involved in a distribution agreement, service contract, partnership or investment, we will disclose all information to current and potential clients.

ADIN Systems never receives referral fees from merchants when we match clients with vendors.

ADIN Systems does not charge fees for advertisements, links or recommendations.
Although ADIN Systems is not an advertising-driven business, on occasion we advertise services which we believe may be of import to clients and potential clients.
We also link with and recommend suppliers, vendors, clients and sites of general interest.
We never accept payment for such services and clients are responsible for determining the feasibility of utilizing promoted individuals and organizations.

ADIN Systems employees should avoid any appearance of impropriety.

All ADIN Systems employees go out of their way to avoid any appearance of impropriety in regards to business transactions or information about any client we service. ADIN Systems employees are prohibited from investing in any activities based on information obtained as a result of business dealings or confidential information and will avoid speculation based on inappropriate relations. ADIN will keep all information confidential and not share information with suppliers, clients or vendors without the express written consent of requesting entity.

ADIN Systems does not condone, participate, supply hardware or software, advice, consultations nor technological information concerning computer or satellite piracy or hacking.

ADIN Systems employees may not accept gifts of value.

ADIN Systems employees are required to refuse benefits that could cause the giver or others to perceive that ADIN Systems is beholden to another company or individual. This includes the acceptance of cash, gifts, travel, meals or tickets to entertainment events.
